The Committee received the report of the Chief Planning Officer, together with information and details received after the agenda was prepared (copy attached to the minutes) and took into account the representation of the speakers at the Committee

17/00195/FUL – BEDNALL HILL FARM, VICARAGE LANE, BEDNALL, SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE - APPLICANT – MR CRAIG WATTS – PARISH – ACTON TRUSSELL, BEDNALL AND TEDDESLEY HAY

Rev Dr David Primrose spoke against the application and Ms Gail Collins, Tyler Parkes, spoke for the applicant

Councillor L Bates motioned that the application be refused, this was seconded by Councillor N Caine. The motion was not carried

RESOLVED: that the application be approved as recommended with a construction management plan

17/00250/FUL – DUNSTON BUSINESS VILLAGE, STAFFORD ROAD, PENKRIDGE, SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE – APPLICANT – MR ADRIAN MACLAUGHLIN – PARISH – PENKRIDGE

Councillor Cox asked if a materials condition could be added. Councillor Bates stated he was happy for approval however was unhappy with the disregard for planning regulations and asked that planning conditions 10 and 11 be closely monitored

RESOLVED: that the application be approved as recommended with a materials condition and include close monitoring of the planning conditions 10 and 11

17/00363/FUL – LITTLE MOOR GRANGE FARM, MOOR LANE, PATTINGHAM, WOLVERHAMPTON, WV6 7AR – APPLICANT – MR STEPHEN ELLIS – PARISH – PATTINGHAM & PATSULL

RESOLVED: that the application be approved as recommended with the addition of the late list conditions/amendments

17/00446/FUL & 17/00447/LBC – BROOKHOUSE FARM COTTAGE, ACTON HILL ROAD, ACTON TRUSSELL, STAFFORD, ST17 0RY – APPLICANT MR AND MRS TONY PARROTT – PARISH – ACTON TRUSSELL, BEDNALL & TEDDESLEY HAY

Mr John Heath spoke for the application

Councillor L Bates motioned for approval of the application as the applicants had addressed previous concerns. This was seconded by Councillor I Ford

RESOLVED: that the application be approved contrary to the recommendation as the Committee considered that the development was in accordance with Part 12 of the NPPF. The conditions to be agreed between the Conservation Officer and the Agent before issuing the decision
